As the Managing Broker of her office, Evelyn leads with dedication and integrity. In this role, she oversees daily operations, mentors agents, and ensures compliance, all while continuing to serve her clients with the same high level of care that has defined her career. She earned her Nevada real estate license in 1996 and her Property Management permit in 2010. Specializing in residential homes and with more than 15 years of experience in new home sales, she has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals for nearly 30 years. Known for her optimism and proactive approach, Evelyn works diligently to make every transaction as smooth, stress-free, and successful as possible.
Dedication and communication are the foundation of her business practices. She believes her clients and co-agents deserve to feel supported and informed at every step and she makes it a priority to be available, responsive, and transparent. Evelyn also values lifelong learning, staying up to date with market trends, pursuing ongoing education, and continually seeking new ways to provide the highest level of service.
Outside of real estate, family is at the center of Evelyn’s life. She and her husband are high school sweethearts who have been together for over 40 years. They share a deep pride in their son, and when she’s not working, Evelyn enjoys traveling, camping, and spending quality time with her family while embracing all that life in Nevada has to offer.
