About Laura

Laura was born and raised in Santa Clara, CA, and lived throughout the Bay Area where she eventually met her husband and started her family in Santa Cruz, CA. After starting their family, Laura and her husband, Ed, made the move from California to the Sierra Nevada Mountains to experience all the region has to offer.

Laura spent her youth playing sports, from softball to basketball and everything in between. She also spent every winter skiing in Lake Tahoe, especially at Ski Incline (Diamond Peak). Playing sports throughout her life gave Laura a sense of drive, commitment, and a strong work ethic. Her early adventures to Tahoe made the eventual move to Reno/Tahoe an easy transition.

After moving to the Reno/Tahoe area in 2002, Laura immediately received her real estate license. Having spent time in California working in the banking and mortgage industry, she already had an interest in and knowledge of real estate. After receiving her license, Laura accepted an opportunity to work for CTX Mortgage, where she spent two years processing loans for a top-producing loan officer. Laura eventually returned to real estate, where she has excelled for the last 20 years.

For the past few years, Laura has been with RE/MAX Gold, where she continues to thrive in the industry. Having raised her three sons in Northern Nevada, Laura has a deep love for the lifestyle and opportunities that the area offers. She is passionate about helping people with their real estate needs, whatever they may be.
